•Quick Chicken Chilly Fry Ingredients:-

• 1. Broiler chicken - 1 kg
• 2. Soya beans sauce - 4 tb sp
• 3. green chilly - 20 grams
• 4. maida - 2 tea sp
• 5. coconut oil - sufficient quantity
• 6. Turmeric, salt - as required
• 7. pepper powder - 1 tea sp
• 8. Soya bean sauce - 4 tb sp

• Method of preparation Quick Chicken Chilly Fry :
•
• Clean the chicken and cut into big pieces. Add ingredients 6 to
8 to the chicken and keep for 4 hrs. Cut green chilly into small pieces
and fry in oil. Apply maida paste over the mutton pieces. Fry the mutton
in oil and transfer to another vessel. Add the fried chilly pieces over
the chicken and serve.
