Method of preparation Pulav
Pour ghee in a vessel and roast the big onion. Then add ingredients 5 to 7 and roast.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Mix them with green peas and turmeric powder and heat them in the same pan.
Add 4 cups of water into it. When the water boils, add washed biriyani rice without water.
Add salt, close the vessel and boil ----- to cook the rice.
Serve when slightly hot.
