Pulav Ingredients:-
1. Biriyani rice – 2 cups
2. green peas – 2 tb sp
3. beans – 3
4. carrot, tomato, potato,
Big onion – 1 each
5. elachi, clove – 4 each
6. pepper – 15
7. cinnamon – 1 piece
8. ghee – 4 tea sp
9. turmeric powder – 1 pinch
10. salt – to taste
Method of preparation Pulav
Pour ghee in a vessel and roast the big onion. Then add ingredients 5
to 7 and roast.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Mix them with green peas and turmeric
powder and heat them in the same pan.
Add 4 cups of water into it. When the water boils, add washed biriyani
rice without water.
Add salt, close the vessel and boil ----- to cook the rice.
Serve when slightly hot.
