• 1. pork meat - 1 kg
• 2. seed removed red chilly - 20
• 3. tomato - 4
• 4. big onion - 2
• 5. ginger - one small piece
• 6. oil - 1/2 cup
• 7. fennel - 1 tea sp
• 8. mustard seed - 1 tea sp
• 9. vinegar - 2 tea sp
• 10. sugar - 1 tea sp
• 11. turmeric powder - 1 tea sp
• 12. garlic - 6 pellets
• 13. salt - to taste
Method of preparation Pork Vindhalu Pork Vinthalu Pork Vidaloo,Vindhaaloo,Vinthaloo:
Pour oil in a pan and heat. Put mustard and when it cracks add onion
pieces and fry.
Add red chilly, vinegar, fennel, turmeric, ginger and garlic into a mixer
and grind to form a fine paste.
Cut tomato i9nto small pieces and add to the roasted onion in the oil.
Once the oil becomes clear,
transfer the paste from the mixer into the pan, heat the pan and stir.
Subsequently add the pork meet
and stir well.
Add salt and sugar, close the pan, heat it for 10 minutes
Cooking is over. Transfer it to a separate vessel and serve..
