Poori Ingredients:-
1. Wheat flour – 2 cup
2.rava – ½ cup
3.salt, oil – as required
Method of preparation Poori
Mix wheat flour and rava together. Add salt and water and mix well as
we do for chappathi. Make small balls with the mix and press it and cut
out small circles. Drop the small chappathis into heated oil, drop a little
oil over them, make both sides crisp and take out.
