Method of preparation Picnic Bun :
Whip the egg and add thick milk of coconut, sugar,1/2 kg yeast in 2 tea sp hot water. When the level rises, stir well and allow to stand for 4 hrs.
Take a pan with pits inside to fry appam. ( bun )
Apply oil in the pits. Pour little quantities of the mixture in each pit and roast it. Flip the pieces so as to get both the sides roasted.
Take care not to get the pieces charred while frying
