Peas Pulav Peas Pulavu Pea Pulao Ingredients:-
(1) basmati rice - 2 cups
(2) green peas – ½ cup
(3) ghee – ½ cup
(4) clove – 3
(5) cinnamon – 3 pieces
(6) elachi – 2
(7) salt – to taste
(8) big onion – 1
(9) curry leaves cut into pieces – ¼ cup
Method of preparation Peas Pulav Peas Pulavu Pea Pulao
Wash the rice and cut onion into small pieces.
Pour ghee in a pan and heat. Add onion and roast till it becomes reddish.
Add cinnamon, clove and elachi into that and roast.
Add the rice and roast for 6 minutes. Cook the rice with 3 cup water
and salt. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame and keep the vessel
closed.. Stir at intervals.
When it is cooked and water is evaporated, add green peas and coriander
leaves and take out, serve.
