(1) raw rice – 500 gms
(2) boiled rice – 500 gm
(3) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Pathari Pathiri,Ari Pathiri,Rice Pathiri
Boil water in a vessel. Add both rice into the boiling water. Take out
after 30 minutes and grind. Add salt. Make into small balls. Press the
balls in circular shape. Apply oil on a hot kadai and roast both sides.
