Pappad Pakkoda ( Pappada Pakkavada ) South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles

 

Pappad Pakkoda ( Pappada Pakkavada ) Ingredients:=

1. pappad - 3
2. sugar - 1 spn
3. maida - 1/4 kg
4. fenugreek - 1/2 spn
5. pepper powder - 1 pinch
6. salt - 1 pinch
7. oil - 15 gms
8. egg - 1
9. meat masala - 1 spn
10. curry leaves - a little
11.water - 1/2 cup

Method of preparation Pappad Pakkoda ( Pappada Pakkavada ) :

Dip pappad in water and keep for sometime. Take out the wet pappad and mix it with maida and whipped egg. Add
fenugreek, pepper powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Add water little by little and smash so as to make it a loose paste. Then take the paste, make it into ball shape and put into the pakkoda mould. Squeeze out into heated oil in a pan and fry.
Take oil in another pan and heat it. When hot add curry leaves, fried pakkoda, and meat masala. Stir well and take out.
