Paal Appam Milk Bun Ingredients:-
(1) rice flour – 1 kg
(2) rava – ¼ cup
(3) coconut – ½
(4) yeast – 1 gm
(5) egg – 1
(6) salt, water – as required
Method of preparation Paal Appam Milk Bun
Mix rava with one cup of water and boil. There should be no lumps. After
boiling, keep that to cool.
Make a mixture of yeast in water. Mix the solution with rice flour and
boiled rava, stir well and keep for 30 minutes. Whip the egg and smash
the coconut. Mix both with water and keep aside. After 5 hours add salt
and make it a thick solution.
Pour one big spoon full of the mixture into a hot kadai. Spread it and
get roasted.
