Nendirapazha Kaarayappam Banana Kaarayappam Ingredients:-
1. Banana fruit - 3
2. jaggery - 300 gms
3. maida - 2 cup
4. rice flour - 1 cup
5. sesame washed and roasted - 1 small spoon
6. elachi - 4
7. coconut crunch (roasted) - 3 big spoon
8. oil - as required
Method of preparation Nendirapazha Kaarayappam Banana Kaarayappam
Melt the jaggery, filter it and add small pieces of banana into the melted
jaggery. Heat it and stir. Add maida and rice flour into that and stir.
Then add sesame, elachi powder and coconut crunches and mix well. Keep
for 1 hr. Fry in oil in a pan.
