Mysore Pakh Mysore Paak Ingredients:-
(1) gram dal flour – 500 gms
(2) ghee – 5 tea sp
(3) sugar – 300 gms
(4) yellow color – as required
Method of preparation Mysore Pakh Mysore Paak
Add ghee to the gram dal taken in a vessel and heat that.
Take sugar in an aluminium vessel, add water, stir and keep over the stove.
Heat that until the melted sugar starts to fall down as a thread when
poured down.
Add yellow color.
Pour the gram dal little by little into the melted sugar
Apply ghee on a kadai. Pour the gram dal – sugar mixture on the
kadai and keep for sometimes. On cooling, the mixture gets solidified.
Cut square pieces of equal size.
