• Mutton Roast Ingredients:-

• 1. Mutton - 1 kg
• 2. potato - 300 gm
• 3. big onion - 2
• 4. tomato - 2
• 5. red chilly - 7
• 6. pepper powder - 1 tea sp
• 7. cinnamon - 1 piece
• 8. ginger - 1 piece
• 9. garlic - 10 pellets
• 10. vinegar - 3 tb sp
• 11. ghee - 50 gms
• 12. water - 1 cup
• 13. salt - to taste

• Method of preparation Mutton Roast :
•
• Wash the mutton and remove the bones. Grind garlic, ginger, pepper,
alt together and add vinegar.
• Add this paste on mutton and stir well. Heat ghee in a pressure
cooker and fry big onion, red chilly, cinnamon, clove and elachi. When
color changes to light brown, add tomato and mutton and fry. Pour one
cup of water, close the cooker and heat at high temperature. Then reduce
the flame and heat for 20minutes. Allow the cooker to cool. Dry to remove
the water content, if any.
