Mutton Pulav Mutton Pulao Mutton Pulavu Ingredients:-
(1) mutton – 500 gms
(2) Green chilly – 4
(cut in to small pieces)
(3) clove – 6
(4) cinnamon – 2 pieces
(5) basmati rice – 700 gms
(6) big onion – 4
(7) curd – ¼ cup
(8) ghee – 25 gms
(9) elachi powder – ½ tea sp
(10) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Mutton Pulav Mutton Pulao Mutton Pulavu
Wash rice and dry. Cut big onion into small pieces and roast in ghee.
Roast all masala items also. Mix all items with mutton pieces, curd, salt
and heat for 20 minutes. Add rice into the vessel, roast for a few minutes
and then add water, close the vessel and heat. Stir at intervals. After
the rice is cooked, dry water. Mix with roasted onion and serve.
