Mutton Pakkoda Ingredients:-
• 1. 4 inches square slices of mutton having
• thickness 2 inches - 20 pieces
• 2. vinegar - 1 tb sp
• 3. ginger - 1 small piece
• 4. garlic - 5 pellets
• 5. chilly powder - 3/4 tea sp
• 6. pepper powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 7. turmeric powder - 1/4 tea sp
• 8. garam masala - 1/4 tea sp
• 9. soya sauce - 1 1/2 tea sp
• 10. salt - to taste
• 11. egg - 2
• 12. powdered bread - 8 tb sp
• 13. coconut oil - as required
• Method of preparation Mutton Pakkoda :
•
• Apply vinegar on the mutton slices and keep for 5 minutes. Wash
the mutton . Grind all ingredients from 4 to 10 and apply the paste on
the mutton slices .
• Dip the mutton slices in whipped egg and roll it along with bread
crunches.
• Fry in boiling oil until color changes to golden brown.
• Take out.
