Mutton Kuruma South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles

• Mutton Kuruma Ingredients:-

• 1. Mutton - 1/2 kg
• 2. big onion - 1
• 3. small onion - 10
• 4. garlic - 3 pellets
• 5. ginger - 1 piece
• 6. curd - 1/2 cup
• 7. mustard seed - 1/2 tea sp
• 8. cumin seed - 1/2 tea sp
• 9. Fenugreek - 1/4 tea sp
• 10. masala powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 11. coriander seed powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 12. turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 13. chilly powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 14. Tomato - 2
• 15. Coriander leaves – a little
• 16. oil - as required
• 17. salt - to taste

• Method of preparation Mutton Kuruma :

• Cut the mutton into pieces and wash. Pour oil into a pan and fry onion in it. Grind
• ginger, garlic and small onion to a paste and add into the pan.
• Add ingredients 10 to 14 and fry. When the oil in the pan is clear,
• add mutton along with salt and curd and heat it.
• Pour hot water to cook the mutton.
• Take the cooked mutton out and mix with the paste already prepared.
• Also add coriander leaves.
