Mutton Curry Ingredients:-

(1) mutton – 1 kg
(2) big onion – ½ kg
(3) tomato – 200 gms
(4) curd – 200 gms
(5) chilly powder – 2 tea sp
(6) turmeric powder – ½ tea sp
(7) green chilly – 4
(8) cinnamon – 1 piece
(9) clove – 4
(10) curry leaves – a little
(11) elachi – 5
( 12) garlic – 5 pellets
(13) ginger – 1 piece
(14) ghee – 250 gms
(15) water – 5 cups
(16) salt – to taste

Method of preparation Mutton Curry

Pour ghee into cooker and heat. Grind garlic, ginger, green chilly and add into
