Mutta Kaarayappam Egg Bun Ingredients:-
1. egg -
2. thick milk of coconut - sufficient quantity to make the paste
3. maida - 3 cup
4. sugar - 1 cup
5. elachi - 3
6. sesame ( washed and roasted ) - 1 small spoon
7. oil - as required
Method of preparation Mutta Kaarayappam Egg Bun :
Whip the egg. Add milk of coconut, sugar, maida, elachi powder and roasted sesame and mix well so as to get a thick liquid. Keep for 2 hrs. Take out and fry in oil in a kadai.
