Meat Keema recipe
• Ingredients:

• 1. Meat cut into pieces - 1 kg
• 2. veg.oil - 3 tb sp
• 3. big onion - 3
• 4. celery (leaves and stem) - 1 cup
• 5. ginger cut into small pieces - 2 tea sp
• 6. garlic - 1/2 tea sp
• 7. turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 8. green chilly - 2

• Method of preparation Meat Keema :

• Fry the beef in the vegetable oil. Add onion pieces. Then add
ingredients 4 to 9. Stir well. Heat it for 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
Adjust the gas mark at 4.Take it out, decorate with coriander leaves and
serve. This dish can be made with either beef or chicken.
