Meat Cutlet Pye
• Ingredients:-
• 1. minced cow meat - 1/4 kg
• minced liver - 1/2 cup
• minced bacon - 1/2 cup
• 2. big onion cut into small pieces - 1 cup
• green chilly cut into small pieces - 1 tea sp
• selary cut into small pieces - 1 tea sp
• vinegar - 1 tea sp
• Soyabeans sauce - 1/2 tea sp
• pepper powder - 1 tea sp
• turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp
• aginomoto - 1/2 tea sp
• bread dipped in water and squeezed - 1/2 cup
• salt - to taste
• 3. white part of egg - 2
• 4. roasted bread - sufficient quantity

• Method of preparation :

• Add all the ingredients in 2 to the cooked meat items in 1 and
mix thoroughly. Make 10 balls out of it. Stretch the balls to give them
shape of sausage and dip in whipped egg.
• Sprinkle bread crunches over it and fry in oil.
