Laddu Ingredients:-
(1) gram dal flour – 500 gms
(2) sugar – 400 gms
(3) milk – ½ ltr.
(4) ghee – ½ kg
(5) elachi – 5
(6) dry grapes – 50 gms
(7) sugar candy – 50 gms
Method of preparation Laddu
Melt sugar and mix with milk.
Boil ghee in a pan and to that add gram dal mixture I n water through
holes in a stirrer. Fry that and just before the gram dal drops becomes
reddish, take them out.
Add the fried gram dal drops into the melted sugar – milk mixture
and heat that. Also add dry grapes, sugar candy and powdered elachi.
Mix well and make small balls.
