Laddu Ingredients:-
1. Gram flour - 2 cups
2. sugar – 1 cup
3. ghee – just for frying
4. elachi powder – 1 tea sp
5. yellow color – a little
Method of preparation Laddu
Mix gram flour with water and make it just like dosa mix. Heat ghee in
a pan and pour the gram flour mixture into the pan through a frying spoon.
When crisp, take out.
Melt sugar in a pan. Continue to heat until the melted sugar falls like
a thread while pouring in small quantity.
Add the boondi ( ie. The fried gram flour drops ) into the melted sugar.
Also add elachi powder and yellow color and a little ghee.
Make laddu balls.
