Kumbalanga Halwa Pumpkin Halwa Ingredients:-
(1) pumpkin – ½ kg
(2) ghee – 250 gms
(3) sugar – 500 gms
Method of preparation Kumbalanga Halwa Pumpkin Halwa
Remove skin of pumpkin, cut into small pieces and boil. Take sugar in
a pan and melt. Pour the melted sugar over the pumpkin pieces. Add ghee
and heat.
Apply ghee inside a vessel and transfer the mixture into that. Allow
to cool and then cut into pieces.
