Kolukattai,Kozhukottai,Kozhukatta Ingredients:-
1. rice flour - 2 cups
2. ghee - 1 tea spn
3. salt - to taste
4. jaggery - 100 gms
5. coconut - 1/2 piece
6. elaichi – 3
Method of preparation Kolu kattai,Kozhu kottai,Kozhu katta
Grate the coconut. Melt jaggery after adding a little water to it. To
the melted jaggery add the grated coconut, elachi powder and mix well
. Mix rice flour and ghee and make it a paste by adding a little water
and stirring . Make small balls with the paste. Press the balls in to
small circular films. Fill them with the coconut jaggery mixture already
prepared Make them again into balls and steam cook .
