Kerala Cutlet recipe for easter
• Ingredients:-

• chicken, beef, pork, fish, red fish--- take the fishes and meats
after removing the bones. Cook them with
• salt and water, dry and grind to a powder.
•
• 1. Take 2 cups of the above powder.
• 2. ginger, garlic cut into small pieces - each 2 tea sp
• 3. Big onion - 1 (cut into small pieces)
• 4. green chilly - 1 (cut into small pieces)
• 5. garam masala - 1/2 tea sp
• 6. pepper powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 7. potato (cooked and smashed) - 1 cup
• 8. maida - 1/4 cup
• 9. whipped egg - 2
• 10. bread crunches - 1/2 cup
• 11. coriander leaves cut into small pieces - 1/4 cup
• 12. pudina leaves cut into small pieces - 1/4 cup
• 13. chilly powder - 1 tea sp
• 14. salt , oil - to taste

• Method of preparation Kerala Cutlet
•
• Pour 2 table sp oil into a panfry onion, ginger, garlic and chilly
together in the pan. After frying, add the powders and salt and stir.
Add potato, meat and fish, stir well and take out. Make that into small
balls and press them in circular shape. Give the pieces a coating of maida,
dip them in whipped egg and cover
• the pieces with bread crunches. Fry the pieces in oil. This can
be served hot along with tomato sauce.
