Pepper Chicken Ingredients:-
1. onion - 2
2. tomato - 1
3. ginger - 15 gms
4. 6 tea sp
5. coriander seed powder - 5 tea sp
6. turmeric powder - 2 tea sp
7. curry leaves, coriander leaves - a little
8. chicken - 100 gms
9. salt - to taste
Method of preparation Pepper Chicken :
Cut onion into big pieces and fry in oil. Add coriander leaved\s, ginger,
turmeric powder, pepper and stir well. Grind this mixture in a mixer and
make a puree.
Take oil in a pan and remaining onion pieces, curry leaves, tomato and
roast them.
Add the puree into it and stir well. Add the chicken pieces followed
by salt. Close the vessel and boil for 45 minutes.
Take out, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
