Kerala South Indian Lamb Kabab

•Lamb Kabab Ingredients:
•
• 1. Mutton - 2 kgs
• 2. garlic - 1
• 3. salt - 2 tea sp
• 4. ginger pieces - 1 1/2 tea sp
• 5. pepper powder - 1 tea sp
• 6. turmeric powder - 1 tea sp
• 7. coriander seed powder - 1 tea sp
• 8. cumin seed powder - 1 teaspoon
• 9. curry leaves cut in to small pieces. - 1 teaspoon
• 10. soya sauce - 1 tb sp
• 11. Sesame oil - 1 tb sp
• 12. ground nut oil - 2 tb sp
• 13. lemon juice - 1 tb sp

• Method of preparation Lamb Kabab :
•
• Remove excess fat from the mutton and cut into small pieces. Take
them in a big vessel Mix garlic and salt separately and to that mixture
add all the
• ingredients and stir well. Pour the mixture over the mutton pieces
and
• keep the vessel covered. Keep it under a vessel in the fridge
for
• minimum 3 hrs.
• Take out and heat over a grill for 5 minutes. Remove from the
grill
• when color becomes brown.
• Serve as a side dish for hot rice, Parotta etc.
