Kappa Puzhukku Tapioca Curry Ingredients:-
(1) tapioca – 1 kg
(2) coconut – 1
(3) cumin seed – 1 tea sp
(4) green chilly – 2
(5) small onion – 3
(6) garlic – 3 pellets
(7) turmeric powder – ½ tea sp
(8) oil – 1 tea sp
( 9) curry leaves – a little
(10) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Kappa Puzhukku Tapioca Curry
Cut tapioca into small pieces. Add water and boil. See to it that it
is not over cooked. Remove the water. Add salt, turmeric powder and heat
gently.
Mix grated coconut with cumin seed, cumin seed, green chilly, onion and
garlic and grind them.
Mix the puree with the tapioca and boil.
Add curry leaves, oil and stir well. Switch off the flame.
