Kappa Puttu Tapioca Puttu Ingredients:-
1. Tapioca powder – ½ kg
2. coconut – 1
3. salt, water – as required
Method of preparation Kappa Puttu Tapioca Puttu
Take a broad vessel. Add a little water and dissolve salt in that. Add
the tapioca powder into it and mix well. Add water little by little and
make the powder wet, but do not make a paste. Add grated coconut and mix
thoroughly.
This can be steam cooked either by filling in the puttu-maker or by keeping
in the idly cooker.
