Ingredients:-
(1) rava – 1 cup
(2) jaggery – 250 gms
(3) grated coconut – 2 cups
(4) ghee - 3 tea sp
(5) powdered elachi – 3
(6) roasted dry grapes – a little
Method of preparation Jaggery – Rava Laddu ( Sarkkara Rava Laddu
)
Roast rava. Melt jiggery along with a little water and then filter. Add
grated coconut into the molten jiggery, heat it and stir well. When coconut
is coated with sugar, add the roasted rava little by little and stir.
Add elachi powder, ghee and dry grapes and stir well and at bearable heat,
make it into small balls.
