Grilled Chicken Ingredients:-

1. Chilly sauce - 1/2 cup
2. vinegar - 3/4 cup
3. radish cut into pieces - 1/2 tb sp
4. garlic - 2 pellets
5. salt - 1 tea sp
6. chicken - 4 big pieces
7. clove - 2

Method of preparation Grilled Chicken :

Make a mixture of ingredients 1 to 5 in a vessel. Take out a little of the mixture and keep separately. Add chicken pieces into the vessel , stir well and ensure that the mixture is applied uniformly on all the chicken pieces. Close the vessel with a cloth and keep in the fridge for 5 minutes. Then take it outside and transfer the gravy into another vessel. Heat the chicken on a pre heated grill.

Make a scratch on the chicken pieces with a knife. Add the remaining quantity of the mixture prepared from ingredients 1 to 5 into the chicken pieces. Continue heating over the grill for 30 minutes.

Transfer remaining quantity of mixture into a sauce pan and heat. Stir at intervals. Serve along with the cooked chicken.
