Green Gram Laddu ( Cherupayar Laddu )
Green Gram Laddu ( Cherupayar Laddu ) Ingredients:-
1. Green gram – 4 cups
2. dry grapes – 3 tea spoons
3. elachi powder – 1 tea sp
4. cashew nut – 10
5. ghee – ½ cup
Method of preparation Green Gram Laddu ( Cherupayar Laddu )
Roast the green gram and grind it. Fry the cashew nut and dry grapes
separately in ghee and keep them aside.
Heat ghee in a vessel and add all ingredients and mix well. Then make
small balls out of the mixture.
Note: In case the balls are breaking, heat more ghee and pour it over
the mixture and then make the balls.
