•Grapy Chicken Ingredients:-
•
• 1. Chicken cut into pieces - 21 kg
• 2. big onion - 5
• 3. garlic - 1
• 4. ginger - 2 pieces
• 5. green chilly - 5
• 6. cashew nut - 10
• 7. green color grapes - 15
• 8. cooking oil - 1 cup
• 9 . chilly powder - 1/2 kg
• 10. coriander seed powder - 3 tea sp
• 11. turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 12. elachi - 2
• 13. cinnamon - 3 pieces
• 14. clove - 2
• 15. fenugreek - 1/2 tea sp
• 16. pudina leaves cut into small pieces - 2 tea sp
• 17. salt - to taste
• 18. milk of coconut - from 1 coconut

• Method of preparation Grapy Chicken :
•
• Clean the chicken pieces. Fry cashew and big onion in oil. Grind
garlic, ginger and green chilly together in a mixer and fry in oil. Add
chicken pieces into that and stir well when it is hot.
• Grind ingredients 12 to 14 together and mix them with chilly powder,
coriander seeds powder and turmeric powder. Add chicken to that mixture
and stir well.
• Add second milk of coconut, little water, salt and close the vessel.
Heat for 30 minutes.
• Add first milk of coconut and pieces and pieces of grapes. Heat
but do not allow to boil
• Take from the stove, add roasted mustard seed and corriander leaves.
Serve when it is warm.
