Method of preparation Ghee Roast
Mix the rice, black gram dal and fenugreek, soak in water and grind. After 7 hrs, add salt, water and mix. Heat a kadai and apply ghee. Pour the mix over it and spread thin. Pour ghee around the dosa. When crisp, fold, take out and serve.
