Ghee Roast Ingredients:-
1. Raw rice – 2 cups
2.black gram dal – 1 cup
3.fenugreek – 1 tb sp
4.ghee – as required
5.salt – to taste
Method of preparation Ghee Roast
Mix the rice, black gram dal and fenugreek, soak in water and grind.
After 7 hrs, add salt, water and mix. Heat a kadai and apply ghee. Pour
the mix over it and spread thin. Pour ghee around the dosa. When crisp,
fold, take out and serve.
