Ghee Pathiri Ingredients:-
(1) boiled rice – ½ kg
(2) coconut – half
(3) big onion – 2
(4) fenugreek – 1 sp
(5) salt, ghee – as required
Method of preparation Ghee Pathiri
Soak rice in water for a few hours and then remove the water. Grind the
rice along with grated coconut, fenugreek, big onion and salt. Need not
add water. Make small balls of this mixture.
Keep the balls on plantain leaves. Press and spread them with ½
inch thickness. Roast them in oil.
