Ingredients:-
(1) raw rice – 500 gms
(2) fenugreek – 1 sp
(3) black gram – 250 grams ( skin removed )
(4) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Dosa,Dosai,Nattu dosa making,dosa batter making
tips
Grind rice, black gram and fenugreek. Add salt and mix well. Next day
morning apply oil on a hot kadai. Pour the mixture on the kadai and spread
in circular shape. Add oil and roast both sides.
