Diamond Cuts Ingredients:-

1. Maide - 1/2 kg
2. egg - 2
3. salt - 1 pinch
4. ghee - 1 spoon
5. oil - as per requirement
6. elachi - 4
7. sugar - 15 gms

Method of preparation Diamond Cuts :

Take maida, egg, salt and ghee in a broad vessel. Mix them together just as we mix for making cake. Keep the mixture for 1 hr. Make small balls using of the mixture. Press them and cut into small pieces in the shape of diamonds. Fry the diamond cuts in boiling oil.

Take sugar in a bowl, add a little water and then heat so as to melt the sugar. When the sugar gets converted into a sticky syrup soak the diamond cuts in that and take out. All the pieces will get coated with sugar syrup.
