Cream Cake South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles Cream Cake Ingredients:- 1. butter - 125 gms Method of preparation Break the egg and separate the white part and the yellow part. Take the butter, fresh cream and powdered sugar in a vessel. Whip white part of the egg. Add a little yellow part also and whip. Add part of the essence, lemon skin and orange juice into the vessel and stir well. Mix the lump free maida and baking powder into the vessel. Do not allow lump formation. Add remaining essence and sugar to the whipped white part of egg, stir well and add them to the mixture in the vessel. Apply butter inside a big vessel. Cover the outside of the vessel with paper. Sprinkle a little maida in the vessel and bake the cake.
