Coriander Leaves - Chicken Mallyila – Chicken Ingredients:-

(1) chicken – 500 gms
(2) coriander leaves – 150 gms
(3) tomato – 1
(4) big onion – 1
(5) Garlic, ginger smashed together – 2 tea sp
(6) salt – to taste
(7) turmeric – ¾ tea sp
(8) garam masala – 1 ½ tea sp
(9) sour curd – 2 tb sp
(10) green chilly – 3
(11) fenugreek – 1 tea sp
(12) oil – 2 tb sp

Method of preparation Coriander Leaves - Chicken Mallyila – Chicken

Grind onion and keep the puree. Cut tomato into very small pieces, mix with green chilly and grind in a mixer. Heat oil in a pan. Add fenugreek into the oil and when it cracks, add onion, garlic, ginger and roast them. Continue to roast till oil gets clear. Add tomato and curd and mix thoroughly. Then add pieces of coriander leaves and chicken and roast well. Pour 2 cups of water and close the vessel and heat. When water is completely dried, fry the chicken and take out.
