Coconut Crunch Biscuit Ingredients:-
1. maida - 250 gms
2. coconut - 1 piece
3. vanaspathi - 100 gms
4. sugar - 100 gms
5. egg - 1
6. elachi poder - 1 tea spoon
7. skim of lemon - of one lemon
8. cashew nut - 1/2 cup
9. corn flakes - 1 cup
10. vanilla essence - 1/2 cup
11. salt - to taste
12. soda powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Method of preparation Coconut Crunch Biscuit :
Grate the coconut. Skim the lemon skin.
Mix maida with grated coconut, soda powder and salt. Mix them thoroughly
without forming lumps. Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence, elachi powder
and skimmed lime skin to the above mixture.
Make small balls out of the mixture, press them and bake.
Take them out and bake again
