Method of preparation Coconut Crunch Biscuit :
Grate the coconut. Skim the lemon skin.
Mix maida with grated coconut, soda powder and salt. Mix them thoroughly without forming lumps. Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence, elachi powder and skimmed lime skin to the above mixture.
Make small balls out of the mixture, press them and bake.
Take them out and bake again
