Chuttappam Fried Bun Ingredients:-
(1) cut raw rice – 2 cup
(2) grated coconut – 1 cup
(3) sugar – 100 gms
(4) cumin seed – ½ spoon
(5) salt, oil, water – as required
Method of preparation Chuttappam Fried Bun
Wash the cut rice and soak in water for 4 hrs. Grind it along with grated
coconut and cumin seed in a manual grinder. Add salt and sugar and mix
well. Apply oil on a hot kadai. Pour one big spoon full of the rice –
coconut mix on the kadai and spread like a dosa. Roast and take out.
When it is made without sugar, it can be taken along with curry.
