Chilly Ginger Chicken Fry
•Chilly Ginger Chicken Fry Ingredients:-
•
• 1. chicken - 1 kg
• 2. red chilly - 10
• 3. ginger cut into small pieces - 4 tb sp
• 4. turmeric powder - 1 tea sp
• 5. fenugreek - 1 tb sp
• 6. salt, coconut oil - to taste
•
• Method of preparation Chilly Ginger Chicken Fry :
•
• Step.1
• Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Smash the ginger,
add salt and mix it with the chicken and stir.
•
• Step.2
• Mix red chilly, turmeric powder and fenufreek, grind and make
it a puree.
•
• Step.3
• Apply the puree on the chicken pieces and keep for 1 hr.
•
• Heat oil in a pan and transfer the chicken pieces into the pan.
Close the vessel tight and heat gently.
•
• Flip the pieces at intervals
•
• When the cooking is over open the vessel, remove the excess liquid
and serve hot.
