Chilly Beef recipe

• Ingredients Chilly Beef recipe :-
• .
• 1. Beef - 500 gms
• 2. chilly powder - 2 tea sp
• 3. garlic - 2 pellets
• 4. ghee - 50 gms
• 5. Tamarind - equal to the size of one amla fruit
• 6. Cumin seed powder - 1 tea sp
• 7. big onion - 2 ( cut into small pieces )
• 8. green chilly - 2(cut into small pieces)
• 9. turmeric powder - 1 tea sp
• 10. ginger paste - 1 tea sp
• 11. salt - to taste
• 12. coriander leaves &curry leaves - a little

• Method of preparation Chilly Beef recipe :

• Soak tamarind in 2 tb sp
• water. Pour oil into a pan and heat.
• Add onion pieces, garlic, green chilly and fry.
• When color changes to brown reduce the flame and add
• Cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger paste and
• salt.
• Keep the pan closed and heat for 5 minutes. Then add small pieces of
• beef and heat with reduced flame.
• Squeeze the tamarind and filter out the sauce. When beef in the pan
• becomes soft, pour the tamarind juice.
• Heat for a few more minutes until it is dry.
• Take out the beef and serve.
