Chicken with Sauce recipe cooking methods
• Chicken with Sauce recipe Ingredients:-
• 1.Big pieces of chicken - 8
• 2. Lemon juice - 5 ml
• 3. Chicken stock - 100 ml
• 4. Curd - 250 ml
• 5. Corn flour - 1 table spoon
• 6. Pudina leaves - 1 table spoon
• 7. Oil - 20 gms
• 8. curd - a little
• Method of preparation Chicken with Sauce recipe:
• Put a deep scratch with a knife at the center of each chicken
piece. Open the scratch and pour lemon
• juice into that. Mix ingredients 3 to 6 together and give a coating
of the mixture over the chicken pieces.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry each side of the chicken piece for 2
minutes.
•
• Take curd in a sauce pan, heat for 2 minutes, pour over the fried
• chicken pieces.
