Chicken Tomato Saucyl Ingredients:-
1.chicken - 1 kg
2. tomato sauce - 6 tablespoon.
3.Big onion - 2.
4.Vinegar - 2 table spoon
5.Maidha - 3 teaspoon
6. Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
7. Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
8. Garlic - 8 pellets.
9. Oil - 2 table spoon
10.Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
11. Coriander seed powder - 2 teaspoon
12. Salt, turmeric - to taste
13. Coriander leaves - 2 teaspoon
14. Ginger - 1 piece
Method of preparation Chicken Tomato Saucyl :
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion, ginger and garlic. Add maida and fry .
After 2 minutes add tomato sauce, vinegar, hilly powder, pepper powder,
salt and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Add chicken pieces, stir for 5 minutes, add water and boil . When it
becomes thick take out, sprinkle coriander leaves . Serve as side dish
for chappathi or battura.
