• Chicken Sveshvan Ingredients:-
•
• 1.Chicken pieces without bones - 1/2 kg
• 2. ginger cut into small pieces - 1 tb sp
• 3. garlic cut into small pieces - 1 tb sp
• 4. big onion cut into small pieces - 3 tb sp
• 5. oil - 1 tb sp
• 6. ginger - 10 gms
• 7. chilly sauce - 1 tb sp
• 8. tomato sauce - 2 tb sp
• 9. soya sauce - 4 tb sp
• 10. aginomoto - 1 pinch
• 11. salt, pepper - to taste
• Method of preparation Chicken Sveshvan :
• Mix the following thoroughly.
• Soya sauce - 1 tb sp
• corn flour - 2 tb sp
• maida - 2 tb sp
• aginomoto - 1 pinch
• pepper powder - 1 pinch
• salt
• Add chicken pieces into above mixture and keep for 20 minutes.
Then
• fry chicken in oil. Heat oil in another vessel, add sugar and
stir
• well. Continue heating until color changes to brown.
• Add ingredients 2,3and 4 heat and stir until color changes to
brown.
• Add ingredients 7,8.Then add aginomoto, pepper and salt. Add 100
ml water, and stir well.
• Add chicken pieces into that. Sprinkle 1 tb sp corn flour and
heat
• gently for 5 minutes. Transfer into another vessel and decorate
with carrot capsicum and cabbage.
• Serve as side dish for noodles and chinese fried rice.
