Chicken Roll recipe


Ingredients:-

1. bread pieces - 12
• 2. coconut oil - 2 tb sp
• 3. bone removed chicken cooked and powdered - 1/4 kg
• 4. chilly powder - 1 tea sp
• 5. turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 6. garam masala - 1/2 tea sp
• 7. vinegar - 1 tea sp
• 8. chilly sauce - 1 tb sp
• 9. butter - 50 gms
• 10. green chilly - 4
• 11. ginger, garlic cut into pieces - 1 tb sp
• 12. vermicelli - sufficient quantity
• 13. maida - 1/4 cup
• 14. coconut oil - as required

• Method of preparation Chicken Roll recipe :

• Keep a pan on the stove and pour3 tb sp oil into it. Add ingredients 10 and 11 and fry.
• Add ingredients 3 to 9, stir. Add ginger and salt and heat till become dry.
• Dip bread pieces in water. Take the bread pieces one by one on your
• palm, press to make it flat, add one tb sp of the cooked mixture and
• roll the bread. Add paste of maida and vermicelli in water on the outer surface of the rolls.
• Fry in coconut oil and serve hot.
