• Chicken Reshmi Kabab Ingredients:-

• 1. Small pieces of chicken without bone - 1 kg
• 2. puree of ginger and garlic - 100 gms
• 3. chicken ghee - 50 gms
• 4. puree of green chilly - 50 gms
• 5.salt, oil - as required
• 6. pepper powder - 1 tea sp
• 7. elachi powder - 1 tea sp
• 8. big onion cut into small pieces - a little
• 9. small pieces of lemon - a little
•
• Method of preparation Chicken Reshmi Kabab :
•
• Apply a mixture of ingredients 2 to 7 on the chicken pieces and
keep for an hour. Then heat it over a grill at 180 degrees celcius. Decorate
with ingredients 8 and 9.
