Chicken Pulav South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles Chicken Pulav Ingredients:- Method of preparation Chicken Pulav Roast ingredients 6 to 11 without oil, mix with pieces of 4 big onions, 8 garlic and coconut and grind in a mixer. Cut green chilly and big onion into small pieces and roast them in ghee. Add crushed ginger and garlic into that and stir. Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder, chicken pieces, salt and water and boil. When half cooked, add grated coconut and biriyani rice and stir. Add water double the quantity of rice. Mix salt and boil. When rice got cooked, sprinkle coriander leaves and stir. Serve hot.
