How to make Chicken Puffs
Chicken Puffs cooking methods
• Ingredients for Chicken Puffs:-
• 1. Cooked torn chicken - 2 cup
• 2. Oil - 2 table spoon
• 3. Maida - 2 cups
• 4. Big Onion - 2
• 5. Ginger and Garlic cut into small pieces- 2 table spoons each
• 6. Garam Masala - 1/2 tea spoon
• 7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
• 8. Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon
• 9. Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
• 10. Coriander leaves, salt oil - as required
• Method of preparation for Chicken Puffs:
• Take maida, 2 table spoon oil, salt
• and water. Mix them to a paste as we do to make chappathi. Cut
the
• onion into small pieces and roast it in a separate pan with 2
• teaspoons of oil. Add ginger and garlic to the fried onion. When
we
• get the smell of roasting add all the powders, salt and the chicken
• pieces. Heat to remove the water content and take out.
• Take small quantity of maida paste prepared earlier, Press it
to form
• a thick film, add the cooked mixture at the centre, fold it and
fry
• in oil heated in a pan.
• Take out and serve.
