Ingredients Chicken Peppy Digo :-

1. chicken - 400 gms
2. pineapple - 10 pieces
3. onion - 50 gms
4. celery cut into pieces - 1/2 cup
5. aginomoto - 1 pinch
6. soya sauce - 2 tea sp
7. tomato sauce - 2 tea sp
8. pepper paste - 1/2 tea sp
9. scent, oil - as required

Method of preparation Chicken Peppy Digo :

Clean the chicken. Apply salt, pepper, aginomoto and soya sauce. Heat the oil and add onion, celery, pineapple slices into it and heat further, gently. Then add 1 tea sp soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and one cup of water. On boiling, add the chicken, close the vessel and heat for 10 minutes.

Decorate the cooked chicken with celery and pineapple.
